A quick, easy, and savory dish that can easily be made vegan. Throw in some chicken and make it your own. You can even make this with taco seasoned ground beef. The possibilities are endless! But for now, I hope you enjoy this kid approved dish.

  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed and strained
  • ½ cup broccoli florets, diced
  • 1 cup cheese (ok to add a little extra if you like it extra cheesy) * Vegan cheese is already salty so there isn’t a need to add salt.

  • Large bowl for mixing ingredients
  • Large baking/cookie sheet pan
  • Rolling pin
  • Pizza cutter
